How do I restore my purchases?
Open the settings with the gear icon and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Lasting unlocks such as “No ads” come back; gems and coins are part of your game progress.
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your phone. Lane Shooter has no accounts and no cloud save. If you delete the game, your progress is deleted with it. A backup of your whole phone (iCloud or Google) may contain it.
Can I take my progress to a new phone?
The game itself cannot move progress between devices. Lasting purchases such as “No ads” come back on the new phone with “Restore purchases”.
What does “No ads” do?
It is a one-time purchase that removes the short ad breaks between runs. Rewards that otherwise need a video – coins ×2, second chance, war chest ×2 and up to 5 free gems a day – come without one. It applies for good to your Apple or Google account. There are never ads during a run.
How do I change my ad choices?
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before the first ad. Change it any time in the game under Settings → Privacy settings. On iPhone, tracking permission is in your iPhone’s Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android, the advertising ID is in the Android settings under “Ads”.
How do I change the language?
The game starts in your phone’s language: German if your phone is set to German, otherwise English. Switch it in Settings → Language.
Does the game need internet?
No, a run plays offline. Purchases and ads need a connection.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the store, so refunds are too: with Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, with Google Play through your order history in Google Play.
